Terms and Conditions for Lifetime Manufacturer Repair Guarantee for VADHER Leathers Ltd
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the lifetime manufacturer repair guarantee ("Guarantee") offered by [VADHER Leathers Ltd] ("Manufacturer") for its leather products ("Product") sold to the customer ("Customer"). By purchasing a Product from the Manufacturer, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Guarantee Coverage: The Guarantee covers any defects in workmanship. Any Hardware, fixtures and fitting will be, covered for 6 months from date of purchase. The Guarantee covers repair of the Product only and does not cover replacement of the Product.
2. Guarantee Duration: The Guarantee lasts for the lifetime of the Product. The lifetime of the Product is defined as the period during which the Product can reasonably be expected to remain in use. The Manufacturer reserves the right to determine the lifetime of the Product.
3. Guarantee Conditions: The Guarantee applies only to Products that are, used in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions and are not subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. The Guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, theft, fire, flood, or other natural disasters. The Guarantee covers fixtures, fitting and hardware 6 months from purchase date. Proof of purchase and receipt will be required at the time of requesting a repair. In the case of hardware, fixtures and fitting that need replacing after 6 months, customers will be required to pay the cost of hardware, fixtures and fittings. Repair or replacement to hardware, fixtures, and fittings after 6 months from date of purchase may be covered under this guarantee at the manufacture’s discretion.
4. Guarantee Procedure: If the Product requires repair under the terms of this Guarantee, the Customer must contact the Manufacturer at Info@vadherleathers.com to obtain a repair authorization. The Customer must send the Product to the Manufacturer, along with the repair authorization and a proof of purchase. The Manufacturer will repair the Product and return it to the Customer at no cost.
5. Exclusions: The Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the Product or damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling of the Product. The Guarantee also does not cover damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or chemicals.
6. Limitation of Liability: The Manufacturer's liability under this Guarantee is, limited to the repair of the Product as described above. The Manufacturer is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, or from any breach of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Manufacturer is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Manufacturer and the Customer regarding the Guarantee, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
9. Modification: The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the Customer. Any modifications will be, posted on the Manufacturer's website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
By purchasing a Product from VADHER Leathers Ltd the Manufacturer, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Repair service for non VADHER Leathers Ltd products
We covers a wide range of leather products. To avail of our product repair service, simply email us on info@vadherleathers.com. Our team will inspect the product and provide you with a detailed assessment of the required repairs, along with a quote for any cost of the service. This only applies to products not purchased from VADHER Leathers Ltd
Once you approve the quote, we will begin the repair work. We will keep you informed throughout the repair process, and we will notify you as soon as your product is ready for delivery.
