Please note that shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the return.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in the same condition as when you received it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item.

Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at, this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
